If the purchase was made in a <strong>traditional store<\/strong>, it is necessary to have the <strong>fiscal receipt\/invoice (i.e., the proof of purchase)<\/strong>. <\/p><p>For some product families, there is also the possibility of extending the warranty, an option that can be activated in the dedicated <strong>Warranty extension <\/strong>section.<\/p><p>Any warranty extensions extend this period for a maximum of an additional 36 months, starting from the expiration of the standard warranty, exclusively managed by GAMA upon filling out the form below. (example: 2+3 \u2013 in the first 2 years of assistance, you can contact the point of sale where you purchased the product; in the following 3 years, you must exclusively contact us, with the confirmation email of the warranty extension correctly registered here on our website in the dedicated Warranty extension menu. <\/p><p>The warranty, both <strong>standard<\/strong> and <strong>professional<\/strong>, exclusively covers defects or malfunctions that occur during the warranty period and under conditions of normal use, due to material and\/or manufacturing defects.
