WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 of 21 February 2014, for all online purchases, GAMA ensures that you may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must duly fill out all required fields of the contact form below and select in the “Type of return” field, the option “Withdrawal from the purchase”. You will subsequently be contacted by Customer Service, who will provide you with the terms of withdrawal.
We wish to remind you that you will not have the right to reimbursement of the transport costs for returning the item to GAMA; these costs will be entirely at your expense. Returning goods: the consumer can also return deteriorated, non-functioning or not completely intact goods, but he/she will be accountable for the decrease in their value.
The reimbursement method will depend on the payment method you chose for the purchase:
CREDIT CARD: The reimbursement will be made within 14 days from receipt of the goods at our warehouses, directly on the card you used to make the purchase. The time it takes to credit your account may vary from one bank to the other.
PAYPAL: The reimbursement will be made within 14 days from receipt of the goods at our warehouses. The amount corresponding to the returned items will be credited to the PayPal account used to make the purchase.
MYBANK: The reimbursement will be made within 14 days from receipt of the goods at our warehouses.

We would like to remind you that, for the first month from the date you receive your purchase, all costs to return or replace the item will be met by Gama. To use this service, you must return your item in the original packaging used by Gama for shipping or alternatively, in packaging of the same size (38x27x14 cm). From the second month, the shipping costs to return a non-working item to Gama will be your responsibility. Items must be returned in perfect condition, they must be in working order, clean, free of scratches, damage, dents or scrapes and they must be returned together with all the elements contained in the original package that you received at the time of our delivery, including the Delivery Note found inside the package.
If the product purchased online received is different than the one ordered, or if it does not work, you will have the right to have it replaced (with the exception of the hairdryer iQ Perfetto for which repair is always provided). Fill out all required fields of the contact form below and select in the “Type of return” field, the option “Warranty Service”. You will subsequently be contacted by our Customer Service, who will provide you with the procedure for the replacement.
The professional warranty periods
for products used in beauty salons or for any other professional purpose
are 12 months.
In both cases the warranty will be honoured upon presentation of the original Delivery Note which must be legible and intact in all its parts, as the order number, date and item constitute proof of purchase.

Your warranty may be extended to a maximum of a further 36 months from the date of expiry of the standard warranty.
The warranty, standard and professional, exclusively covers defects or malfunctions that occur during the warranty period and under conditions of normal use, due to material and/or manufacturing defects. The warranty is automatically void in case of tampering, alteration, replacement or repair of the product by unauthorised persons. The following components of the products and cases are not covered by the warranty:
- the carbon brushes for the motor (in the hair dryers), the electric cord and the materials subject to normal wear;
- failures caused by lack of compliance with the instructions for use and the maintenance provisions;
- products which may have been tampered with and/or repaired by unauthorised personnel;
- damage caused by accidental breakage or transport;
- defects occurring outside the extended warranty period
Assistance out of warranty
GAMA offers you the possibility of repairing your product even if the warranty period has already expired, whether you bought it online or in a normal shop. Fill out all required fields of the following form, selecting in the “Type of return” field, the option “Assistance out of warranty”. You will subsequently be contacted by Customer Service, who will provide you with the terms of service. We wish to remind you that in case of support service outside the warranty period, all related expenses will be your responsibility, including the costs for shipping and repair of the product. We would like to remind you that non-warranty products must be sent to our company at your expense. Our technical department will assess the fault and provide the estimate for the repair. If the quote will be accepted we will proceed to the repair; otherwise the product will be disposed of or returned, the expenses will always be at your responsability.
RETURNS AND REPAIR FORMS
Fill out all required fields of the returns contact form. You will subsequently be contacted by our Customer Service, who will let you know the terms of service. If you wish to return or replace the product or use the support service under warranty, report the Order Number found on the Delivery Note or in the confirmation e-mail, relating to the purchase made from the Gama Professional Online Shop. Without this reference, you will not be able to use the requested services.
